This is a field blend from the Styrian mountains. It contains more than one hundred varieties, including old and almost forgotten ones. It offers a classy nose with notes of quince, yellow pears, ripe apples, hazelnuts, candied lemon and a hint of light smoke. Creamy on the palate, with good intensity, lemon butter and an acidity straight from the Jura.
This is really remarkable, shows lots of character and deep inside you can hear a Burgundian heart beating. It will mature with grace and dignity.
